Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Contracts Attorney to support a busy corporation. This is a fully remote, temporary postion that is anticipated to last 6+ months.
Responsiblities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, vendor, and customer agreements
- Identify legal and business risks and recommend strategies to mitigate exposure
- Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms, obligations, and compliance requirements
- Manage contract lifecycle, including tracking key dates, deliverables, and renewals
- Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and sales teams on deal structuring
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree
- 4+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating various agreements
- Technology transacation experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a multi-task environment with minimal supervision
